Let's gather for the 46th Annual Wyoming Writers, Inc. Conference, held June 5-7, 2020, at the Peaks Conference Center in the Inn at Lander!  Lander is a tourist destination and picturesque conference locale. Sign up for a pre-session to visit Sacajawea's gravesite, Mad Dog and the Pilgrim vintage books, or embark on a rockhound expedition. Register for our popular Friday critique tables, and join in the Friday and Saturday pitch sessions with an agent or publisher of your choice.  Schedule a lottery-based Open Mic session for the chance to read your work Friday or Saturday night. At our Friday kick-off, enjoy indigenous drummers and dancers as well as an opening keynote by award-winning authors Chuck Rosenthal and Gail Wronksy. Contest winners will also be awarded. The Saturday sessions provide insights on fiction, non-fiction, and poetry writing, along with publishing and marketing.  The Saturday banquet will begin with a native blessing and host keynote speaker and best-selling author Mark Sullivan. The popular Paddle Panel on Sunday morning combines our agents, publishers, and faculty members for an informative critique of member writings.  Stay on site at the Inn at Lander. Rooms may be reserved there (307-332-2847), at a nearby hotel, or stay free in Lander City Park.
